Poor service

Would rather have done it in person. No checking correspondence of client papers and ID documentation.Wrong dates now have to pay more just to fix a wrong date of birth

Foreigners need to enter correct identity information as their details cannot be confirmed by home affairs. You won't be charged for the update if you do it directly at the department. But please be aware you'll still need to enter your details correctly.

There is nothing wrong in submitting something and then it is also checked by the service provider if it is ok in the first place before being processed. The problem comes when one receives these messages about paying more in a situation that could have been avoided on both ends. Had I but gone and filled the form in person it would not have been a problem because nobody misses their date of birth, it can only be a computer entry error that the service provider ought to have advised the client before proceeding.

Then you could have mentioned in the first place that the system only works properly for citizens, not foreigners. I will visit the department like I should have just done in the first place and saved a lot of time .I am still very disappointed with your service and arrogant responses either ways.
