Govchain sends out *****ulent emails
This company sends emails with false information stating that your business will be de-registered. The exact Subject line of the mail is : ATTENTION] xx Your Comapnt Name xx will begin deregistration. The mail then has a link for you to lodge ( and pay ) for your CIPC return. It would be great if they could just offer the service of lodging the return without making false claims of the business being deregistered. Small business owners do not need false information from larger companies that wants to provide a service - there can be no trust !

Following Notice 19 of 2023 to customers, CIPC deregistered six hundred and forty seven thousand, eight hundred and fifty three (647 853) of all companies and close corporations which have been in Annual Return Deregistration process for more than three(3) years and for which the notification process as per Companies Regulation 40 have been completed. The systematic final deregistration occurred on 30 March 2023.
