Govchain is a ****
I’ve had the worst experience with Govchain . I actually paid R550 for a change of directors . They said it would take 15 days . I haven’t received any communication or documentation and now it’s over 15 days .
When I send a message I get an automatic response that they are on holiday and will be back on the 4th .
So my problem is the fact that all my processes should be put on hold while they enjoy their holidays . I do not appreciate this type of service . I need help urgently as I need those documents they are the only thing holding me back
