Dont use Govchain to register your business!!!

I have registered my business through Govchain on the 4th of March and 11 working days later I still have no papers! Their website promises it takes 3-5 working days but this is not the case. I have queried more than once on my status of my registration but all have the same excuse delays at government. I went on CIPC’s website and I they say it takes 24 hours to process so I would like to know where is the hold up?? I am afraid that an opportunity of a lifetime might slip through my fingers because of this. I would NOT recommend people using Govchain to register their businesses. I am regretting my decision on using Govchain.
