Poor workmanship and bad service

Firstly they did not have the engineers they promised After we made payments they did not deliver what they quoted;started with stories&excuses.They took our money&stopped answering our calls. The work they did do is shabby poor quality (plumbing not per code-used plastic pipes for hot water)&most of work paid for not done.Plaster cracking&roof not completed.Roof is leaking.Windows don't have handles
