For over one year now all the people in Secunda area and surroundings areas having problems with there billing accounts were by the GOVAN MBEKI MUNICIPALIY for over charging the people u can talk to any one at the GOVAN MBEKI MUNICIPALIY and u will just be lucky to find that each one that are willing to talk to u have one of two excuses like we have a system problem or because of the system problem that we had there are a backlog the more and more u proof to them that there are now backlog thy just ignore u and demand u to pay the amount that are on the account since the beginning of 2018 so how long do the people still have to pay for over charging and how long are so cold backlog going to keep on what must we as the people call this **************** or just *******ion
