Govan Mbeki Bad bad bad refuge services

if i could give them an even lower rating it would still be to high, lazy good for nothing people charge me for refuge removal every month but no refuge removal is taking place. i live in the main road in centre of town , people passing from Emzinoni have torn my bags open, refuge is lying all over in thd street and strewn all over my sidewalk, picked it up and cleaned up after them 3 times and still they tear it open and vandalise my property time and time again. If i bring it back inside the yard it will not be picked up one day that is to say when Gov Mbeki Bethal decides to get their act together and deliver some non existent services again. So now ******* is piling up and people are messing the street and my property to their hearts content. We should all refuse paying for refuge removal since there is none. Govan Mbeki Bethal is the worst place ever. If you call to enquire you are being addressed by angry, negativity and made out to be the bad guy. These lazy people should all be fired, and people who are willing and capable should take their jobs.
