EXTREAMLY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!

I do not want to give them a one star rating, as they are not even worth one star. Trying to get assistance on my online account. Been trying for more than an hour, but the pathetic service I received was mind blowing. Wonder if I just do not pay my account, how quick they will react then.
