Dumping of sewage in a river stream

The leandra municipality are contaminating the river by opening the sewage to the river. We did report to the municipality and we were promised to fix it but nothing has happened. The are people who stay in the farm were the sewage goes to, we are afraid we going to get deases because that place it smell so ooh bad. Worse part of it they are dumping straight to my farm. This has been going on for years now but the municipality is not fixing it, instead they've opened a fence *******ly to allow the sewage to go to the river steams I've got pictures to prove it. This thing is killing nature because the trees and animals are killed with this. Many people's lives are in danger. There's a waterfall that is supposed to be a nice view. But you can't stand and watch because it smells very bad. Please your help is very much needed because it's about our health. Thank you
