complains not taken seriously

<p>I'm not happy about how this municipality serve the community of leandra. The sewage systems are blocked and when you go to the municipal offices they refere you to the call centre.You call the call center to report and they say you should wait,wait for how long when you have been reporting about the same thing everyday for full two months now.You can pass every street in leandra and look at the houses where there are sewage whells you will realise that they are all blocked. The streets are covered with filthy waste and when the community reports this matters they are not taken serious and are told to wait.What kind of municipality are we having,it's just a disgrace.</p>
