Bad municipal service

This municipality is bankrupt. ESKOM is threatening to shut down power supply completely on a regular basis. Even to those that pay their bills every month Potholes, gras and trees in roads and sewers, road signs damaged and missing, interruption of power and water supply, sewers overflowing, street lighting off, refuge in the streets and interrupted removal, **********s roaming the streets and general bad service delivery at licensing and other offices. What an absolute disgrace
