BAD BAD SERVICE GOVAN MBEKI MUNICIPALITY

i have absolutely now had enough, this country is on its last legs, no electricity, bad service, *******ion, ETC ET ETC. Then one reports water leak, and what gets done, NOTHTING. For more than 2 weeks I have reported a water leak, caused by the trench diggers, and now the water is running. CAN WE GOVAN MBEKI, afford to loose litres of water when we dont even pay our acount????????
