Absolutely useless in Secunda

<p>It has taken me more than 1 year for them to cancel the previous tenants linked account to mine as the owner of the place. My prepaid meter was ********ly burnt by the tenant and the power has still not been connected to the municipality power. If you phone any of the numbers, no one answers. I am living in JHB and cant go to Secunda everyday to resolve issues. Either they are offline and cant give you and update of your account statement or they dont know why the payment is not reflecting or some stupid excuse. i cannot believe we pay exorbitant taxes for this kind of service.</p>
