unbelievably bad attitude

I went into the La Lucia branch to purchase a phone cable for my ADSL modem and enquired with Laveshin if this type of cable would affect the speed of the connection. His response was how was he supposed to know. He then asked me if I knew everything in my job and he found this very amusing. I can't believe the pathetic service levels.
