6 months deposit not paid back

<p>i have been struggling to get my deposit money back since february 2016 i even had to go to the small claims court to get things done , thereafter i had a meeting with Gerhard to conclude what they need to pay me , as the delay was due to them assuming that i had flooded the house only to find that there was a leaking unit on top of mine causing the walls to be damp whereas i have sent an email moths before i moved out to inform them that the walls are looking damp like there is a pipe leak but then that didnt help all they wanted was to fix their normal wear and tear with my deposit money , now this deposit is being chopped down because i have to call time and again and still have to go to consult to get my money back but there is nothing or no one reimbursing the costs i am incurring , after the meeting i had to receive the refund we had agreed that i will get the payment in the next day or 2 which was last week , the week ending 17 july 2016 till to date it hasnt been paid even after numerous attempts asking the Administrator Gerhard about it then he tells me he has spoken to the owner and there is nothing much he can do now so i am wondering what needs to happen now that there is nothing much he can do. i have done my outmost best to look after their property but the treatment i am receiving its appauling.</p>
