Beware: Goussard Properties/Attourneys

Beware! In March 2020 Edward and Juan van Jaarsveld, trading under Retek Renovations in George, Western Cape, were highly recommended to me by Goussard Properties/Attorneys as tenants. I was assured that they had the money to pay. Edward and Juan used Covid as an excuse to stop paying occupational rent. It took more than a year to evict them as they used all the tricks in the book to stall. I consider at least 3 of those stalled months the result of Goussard's tardiness in executing their mandate. Their service as agent during that time was atrocious. Although Goussard did tell me that the father and son had prior eviction notices against me, they did not tell me that they had stood by the van Jaarsveld's in their previous eviction. I consider Goussard's service to be highly unprofessional, if not outright *********. - Beware!
