NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS

I have a problem with Dr Hahns cat food which i communicated to Gourmet Pet on four occasions twice by email and twice by phone.This took place more than ten days ago and i still have received no response This is most frustrating and unprofessional
