Feline Food Fiasco

<p>I purchased a bag of Catsby Cat Pellets, which none of my 6 cats would eat, I evan tried mixing it with another brand, but still they picked out all the other pellets & left the Catsby behind, I offered it to others in our village that also had cats, but no-one wanted it as they had had similar problems with their cats not eating the pellets. A months later, I tried the Catsby again (maybe the previouls bag was old stock), still they would not eat it, not evan my dog would eat the pellets. I contacted Gourmet Pet and they were helpful and said they would send me a complementary bag of their new formular, when it arrived they had also sent 2 tins of cat food. My cats devoured the tin cat food, but still refused to eat the pellets. I contact Gourmet Pet, thank them for the complimentary package they said & mentioned that still my cats would not eat the pellets. I never got any reply back. Ive send 2 other emails asking for some feedback regarding this issue & still I have not received any replies. So far I have purchased 3 bags of the pellets, which I cannot get refunded or swopped and Gourmet Pet have still not rep**** to my last complaint. I would like to know what is in the pellets that my cats & others refuse to eat it & if possible if I could at least take the open bags and get them exchanged.</p>
