Dangerous object found in 8KG bag of Waggies Dog Food

<p>I'm not usually a customer that complains, but I'm not a happy first time customer I'm afraid!</p> <p>This is the very first time I've purchased an 8kg bag of Waggies 8kg dog food.<br />Unfortunately I was rather alarmed to find a rather large and sharp piece of hard plastic amongst the pellets. My dog guzzles his food down so this could've had a bad outcome if my husband didn't spot it first.</p> <p>I kept the piece of plastic and my receipt in case it was required for investigation, but no interest taken in the matter!</p> <p>The response (only to my second email) was simply that I supply my address details for "As a token we would like to send you a complimentary 1.75 kg replacement bag"<br />Clearly the seriousness of this incident isn’t quite comprehended by your company as the outcome could have cost us a fortune in vet’s bills due to this very sharp piece of plastic in my dog’s food.</p> <p>The feeble attempt to shrug this off with a complimentary 1.75kg bag of food is pathetic!</p>
