Customer service - Disgusting

I need to emphasis how disgusted I am by customer care and the company that deals with Waggies dogfood product.

Two weeks ago I purchased a 8kg bag of Waggies dogfood and upon opening the back it was covered in mould 90% of the bag. When trying to get hold of the company that manufactures the product epic failure as it doesn't exist according to the phone number. I had no means of returning the product because I had already thrown the till slip way, luckily the store I bought it at was kind enough to exchange for another brand as I am a regular shopper there otherwise I would have had not only hungry dogs but loss of R110. I eventually received an email from a lady from Gourmet Corp, asking for my address so a Rep can come to replace the bag, well that was the last I heard from her and to-date have not yet received another email or replacement. All I can say is I will never purchase another Waggies product simply because I am the customer and my purchase should be important but clearly they don't feel that way!
