Gourmet India and Uber Eats disaster.

I used Uber Eats to order from Gourmet India in Claremont. It was the absolute worst experience. It took them over an hour to prepare my meal. During this time I called the restaurant to ask what the problem was. The lady was completely clueless and hung up on me. Worst customer service I have ever come across. Eventually the food was en route to be delivered. The driver took another 30 mins to deliver food, even though he was only 10 mins away. He stopped off on the side of the road for about 10 minutes. I called but he blatantly ignored me. Overall, it took over an for a simple meal to be prepared and delivered with zero communication or effor to help. Won’t be using Uber Eats anytime soon, nor will I be ordering food from Gourmet India.
