Disappointing and unprofessional.

Gourlay Properties placed one of their agents as a tenant into my property. They took their full commission/placement fee. this tenant's rent is now 11 months in arrears! i have asked multiple times for evidence that they did proper reference checks (which they could not provide), and I gave notice/requested that she vacate my property >20 times, yet it is all completely ignored and they don't take my calls! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
