Bad customer service

I did not have a very good experience with management at Gourikwa Nature Reserve. There was a power outage over December and management did not do well to make sure their guests were comfortable. They advised I could seek alternate accommodation and would refund me but I had to fight for my refund and when I did receive it, they charged me commission of R1890! I do not recommend this establishment at all because customer service and satisfaction is not their number 1 priority. Very disappointing, especially since it was over Christmas
