Is Goudwoud an ethical business?
I ordered 3 x 1 ounce Gold Kruger coins on the 26 July 2019 after Paul Gibson wrote this "Voorraad is nie 'n probleem nie, ons kan in 3 - 4 werksdae uit stuur. " When the above promise was not kept I prompted Mr Gibson and he rep**** on the 5 August "Die pakkie gaan die week uit, so dit sal nie lank wees nie. Ek sal jou op hoogte hou." This did not happen either and I did not receive any feedback. Mr Gibson is not even responding to my e-mails anymore.

15 Aug 2019, 07:55 Since I ordered 3 x 1 ounce Gold Kruger coins on the 26 July 2019 costing me R63800 the sellling price went up by R10900 since the 26th. How can Goudwoud keep on offering gold coins for sale without having stock? The above difference is a loss to me as a gold coin investor. They took my the order and payment knowing that they don't have the goods in stock and now they are delaying my requested refund!! It is *****.
