Refusal to pay back school fee's

My daughter's trust fund paid the schoolfee's for a year up front to Goudwes school and they refuse to pay the money back to me as third party and insist on paying it back to the trust fund. As I am moving to Lumpopo and are not certain yet as to wich school my daughter would attend, I reqeust the financial department to pay the schoolfee's to my personal account. Paying the schoolfee's back to the fund will result in reapplying again at sanlam, wich will took more than a month regardless of their 14 workday payment period policy.. I phoned Sanlam and explained to them and ask them to talk to a SEB in order for them to contact the school and to explain to them, the urgency of the matter but they say the SEB's work randomly and there is no one present at office that can assist me telephonicly and that I should send an email. My daughter are supposed to start school on theusday but the problem wont be solved if the matter are not adressed asap.
