Worst management and not kid friendly

Not kid friendly as they don't evens allow kids to play with toys in the pool send security to a child to threaten a 3year old boy The manager on duty was evens worst as he shows no remorse to kids !!! Definitely won't be seeing me again!!!! Because we book for kids to enjoy themselves but security is sent to kids to stop them from enjoying themselves?!!!!!
