Worst holiday in 2023 - ATKV Goudini Spa

Regrettably this holiday in the WC province had been the worse and that is thanks to Goudini spa.

I booked for 5 nights, paying in excess of R3000 a night and all I was advised that the room I booked online is the smallest in size, because I booked online. When the whole world is moving into an online environment, the venue owners give you below standard rooms, because I booked online.

Staff, like the cleaning personnel, take things and promise to bring things and never do, hence we have to share towels in the room.

Staff like Henry, who acts in caring and provides a key to another unit, and thereafter calls me after every 5 mins, because he is leaving and customer service is left outside. He is parting comment, you shouldn’t have booked online.

I will definitely review your facilities on all the various platforms and advised them of the disgusting service and poor value for the money we spent.
