Worst experience...

The worst experience ever. The first time I went and will never return. I have never gone to an accommodation where I was afraid to laugh to loud or braai at a time frame. We were literally treated like children. I work with clients on daily basis and know exactly what customer service is and the service that my family and I received from 'the Riyaan' # the night manager as per his words was just pathetic... I have never experience serive like this before not even at Shoprite or Pep.
