week away from hell

My sister and i just stayed at Goudini Spa from 30/07/2017 - 04/08/2017. We were put into rondavel 89 right next to the construction being done. Yes, we were warned there was construction, but ethically they should NEVER have rented out that accommodation to anyone!!! Every morning at 07:30 it began and was the worst construction i have ever been subjected to! We couldn't sit outside or braai at all until they had gone for the day.

I went back down to the office to ask if we could be moved and they said no. After a horrible week away i emailed them and all they could say was we were warned about construction being done.

I found their your lack of care deplorable!
