Waste of money / bad experience !

Second time we have been to this place, facilities are excellent however the unit we stayed in this time around which was advertised as a luxury rondawel is not quite that. Its average with just nice looking cupboards that's it! Tea cups still had tea drips from previous usage, not washed and needs replacing, glasses were dirty (not washed).. no shower mat...Sleeper couch had stains with even a ****roach/insect tucked in...indication that this was not even cleaned after last people used it. We even couldn't get hold of resort even though you apparently being put through an after hours number which wasnt even answered. The emergency number that we called numerous times was not answered either. Emergency diagram says see reverse for English and when one turns page over it's blank, so much for emergency explanation! Beds were uncomfortable and screaming to be changed/ replaced. We made do but refused to use their cups and glasses and other utensils.......not worth the money paid, hygiene and cleanliness is way more important !!! We were totally disappointed
