unbelievable

<p>over the weekend of 30 Sept to 02 Oct 2016 we went to Goudini Spa. kids went to bed late and had to wake up early the sunday morning to be out of the house as that is there rules.in the process my daughter left her new Jordan takkies (value R1500) next to her bed. as soon as we got home phoned Goudini immediately and they told me the house was not cleaned out yet. phoned the next day and was told noting was booked into lost and found? phoned again the next day and now the cleaner said she found nothing? so now evrything is over. she did not loose her shoes, the shoes was in the house? to how many people do they do this to? why did the staff of goudini not inform te cleaner about the shoes? she probably thought no one knew about the shoes and took it straigt home? what a bad experience? people must be very careful when going there.</p>
