Two plots date messed up

As a goudini member for 3 years my family and I decided to book us to plots with tents for 4th to the 6th December 2020. This bookings was made via a walk in the office. However. Got an SMS today saying the 1 plot will be canceled due to no payment. Bare in mind I emailed Rozaan Williams on the 26th October already with proof of payment. She confirmed she received it. Then I called again to find out that the 1 plot is for the 20th November and other one the 4th December. Thay apprently saying the 1 was a call in booking which can't be because we booked both at the office. Thay not responding to me emails or calls. I'm so frustrated
