The worst accomodation I have ever exerienced

<p>I booked myself and my family away for the weekend and when we got to the sleft cathering chalet, it was a massive mess. There were dead flies, moths and ****roaches all over the counter, floor and bedroom. The bathroom and mini fridge had so much mold inside and ontop of it, it's actually sickening. What's worse is upon arrival the mini stove was left on, burning hot and no one was there. I'v got a 1 year old son and by the cupboard door theres sharp *****s sticking out, isnt that just the perfect way to enjoy your weekend away cleaning the dirty. Also, If the the features of the "Upgraded and Normal" chalet was communicated properly I would have most certainly enjoyed myself more than by choosing the upgraded option, as that is normal for a extra R400.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been in continous communication with <strong>Ibtishaam Jacobs </strong>and he has provided me with the manager email ********** which does not go awaywhere. To add to this horrible experience they are so ***********, he even did the booking under the wrong name.</p> <p> </p> <p>You want people to come back <strong>Clean you chalets before people book in PLEASE. </strong> Also, educate your staff to do proper bookings and give the correct Information. <strong>YOU SUCK !</strong></p>
