Service not great

I have sent a few emails to them about my refunding a book that was made. Because we couldn't go due to it would be in Ramadan.

My call number 586912 status closed ,is the second email they closed without contacting me. First ticket was 584151 and this one was closed and status was resolved. I have been a paying member for year and all I wanted was someone to contact me.

What kind of service is this that you don't contact you clients.?
