Questionable service

<p>I fail to understand why its so difficult to make a booking at goudini. You wait for ages just for reservations to answer the phone. If you lucky, they actually answer ... other times, they just drop the call. I understand goudini is "popular" but do they only have one person answering the calls for bookings or do they just not need the business?!? Then, there's also a guy that answers .. think he works at the conference call center ... such a bad attitude! Don't be on the phones if you not willing to speak to people.. no phone etiquette... Do your customers a favour and employ more people to answer the calls at bookings to accept business. If you eventually get through to someone at bookings, they very helpful ... but that's a big 'if'.</p>
