Poor management and pathetic customer service
Petier, it would be much appreciated if you seriously consider sending your staff especially Carmen and Mrs Jacobus on customer service training.
The etiquette for a well established tourism entity is pathetic to say the least.
I could go on an on..
No people's skills, no ethics.
My family was embarrassed to be told they still owe money on arriving and still being told in front of guests who were waiting and staff. The fact that the business has gradings names your staff take people for granted and think they can treat them as they please. If it was not for the guests who make use of these resorts they would be on the streets without jobs. You don't treat people like common ******* and think you doing them a favor. They are your guests and you treat them with dignity and respect as such. Mrs Jacobus, needs to go on managerial training.. The audacity to call my family member asking her 'what her problem is'.
Instead of apologizing although it means nothing to them, she rather wants to challenge guests.
Language and direct translation is clearly a problem to understand and comprehend.
My family looked forward to visiting Goudini. Traveling from far, wanting to enjoy a break away during very trying times where terminal sickness has brought a cloud to a family.
All they got poor, pathetic service.
Half investigations are done, attitudes are just given and as I have been informed by Chadwick in the membership department, the systems take a while to update.
Archive systems for an established place. PATHETIC!!. This resulted in my family being told to pay in on the day of arrival as well.. Goudini should have taken responsibility to waiver costs.
It's there fault there systems are archived, not the clients - 3 months later systems did not update.. PATHETIC!!
And then you are told it is your responsibility to check.. Yet you are the one in possession of the proof your payments are made and nothing is owed.
Beds are as hard as bricks, but like I said language interpration of literall ad figurative language is a barrier for Mrs Jacobs and Carmen to understand.
It's sad to say the least that people like this are the faces of business that are well established.
