poor facility and service

the facilties at goudini spa are actually putrid. we booked a 5 sleeper badsberg flat for 3 nights - it had a small fridge/freezer, one cannot possibly store food in there for 5 people for 4 days. also there are no longer towels supp**** at the venue - this was not communicated to us. the pools were very dirty both during the week - we booked thursday to sunday - and it was not very busy or full but the pools were filthy. there was insuffcient crockery and very little cutlery supp**** - no big knives etc and no dish washing liquid given or dish cloths - this used to be given in the past. considering that you spend so much money to visit goudini one would think that they would improve the facility for the better. i would like this matter to be looked into as my experience was very unpleasant. the gaming area ... should NOT be called a games area in my opinion - theres only activity for children up to the age of 7 nothing for older kids etc. feedback is expected
