Poor customer service.

I called reservations 2 days ago for a cost on a stay over 3 nights (weekend and a week night) Got the quote, chatted to the other guys going with on the holiday and sorted deposits and amounts out. Called them today to pay deposit only to have them give me a completely different price. I had everything in front of me and when i asked how there is such a big difference in price, they cant figure it out and the best answer they could give was they probably gave you the membership price.

She did ask me if i am a member and i said NO. Very poor.
