Pathetic Customer service and *********** staff

So I tried to make an inquiry for a booking for my husband's 50th Birthday celebration, and because he is not a party type he wanted to go away with his family instead. I decide to email Goudini for a quote 5 days ago, still awaiting a response for a quote. As I do every other year, as we going there atleast once a year as a famoly I tried to sent a Facebook message, I could chat to someone but that person was not able to make a booking. They a vise that someone would call me. Someone called, but as I answered the fone died, they did not even try an call me back. Today, I went to check online, now the availability is no longer available for my said dates. Sad for my Hubby's birthday celebration and sad for our family.

I'm just disgusted in the level of customer service rendered by a well known resort like GOUDINI SPA. As a customer I feel, we work hard for our monies and to save for events like these, just to be disappointed vbecause of incompetence of staff.
