NO Medical Assistance-NOT OHS Compliant

<p>I am disgusted with the fact that there is no Goudini stuff available after 5pm. My sister 1-year-old baby fall forward and hit his head on an iron piece which is the edge of the staircase, which penetrated his head and slash 3cm open. SO UNSAFE EVEN FOR ADULTS. We then rushed to reception but they were close. We were told then that there is no medical assistance on premises how can a Company as Goudini which is located in the middle of nowhere not have medical assistance on premises.!!!! We drove to the front gate to the security and was give a "left and right" direct How the hell can they explain left and right to someone that is in a panic state and that don't know the area!!! I asked one of them o then go with to direct me and Louis Cloete did. We drove for 26 kilometres which felt like 150 kilometres as the blood was gushing out of the 1-year-olds head. We finally arrived at the hospital and got assistance. When having to return to Goudini 6-7 hours later it was midnight and no one to assist or guide us driving in pitch black darkness was terrifying. The security at the gate mentioned that he had emailed the Resort MANAGER PIETER DU TOIT whom will come see us in the morning regarding the incident never pitched I then went to the receptionist Cecily Isaacs to ask where the manager was a Duty Manager Sias Marais said he could see us as the resort manager needs to read the email and he will get back to us. So DISGUSTING! THEY DIDNT CARE A BIT. I just wanted to see some concern from these cold people and also that they get medical assistance on site seeing that the closest hospital in 26 kilometres away. Up until today, no one has contacted us, but we will be taking this to the lawyers as well.</p>
