No communication

I booked a four sleeper rondavel for myself and family, we arrived at 7:30pm with one adult and a three year old child which was more people than stipulated on the contract and then was told to pay for another four sleeper rondavel or go back home "oh i have to mention that the guy at the main gate was totally unprofessional he told me to pull my van aside and had me waiting for almost an hour as having extra people was a massive inconvenience to them apparently" i will admit that it was my responsibility to call them and inform that we will be extra people but come on there must have been many times where people showed up with extra people and they should have a system in place for this sutuation.

So after waiting for an hour this guy comes to me and tells me to pay him R1500 cash and give me two sets of keys not explaining anything to me and tells me to report to the office in the morning. In the morning i areive at the office and pay a R2400 for the first rondavel and im told i have settled everything im then given a piece of paper which gives the vehicle access to come go out of the resort when needed.

The friday night myself and wife wanted to go sleep in the second rondavel and has some peace and quite also as the first rondavel was crowded but never really got to sleep there as my son wakes up during the night and would cry if he did not see us so we abandoned that idea and locked up the rondavel and slept on the floor in the first one. Saturday morning early to get away from the noise of small kids ,my brother inlaw whom is a minor and suffers from OCD and depression went to the second rondavel to take his medication and watch tv and rest fell asleep, was woken by the manager to say that he must leave the place and it neeeds to be prepared for the next occupants.

He then left and came back to the first rondavel saying that he was told to leave which i found strange but he had the key and didi not lock the door i didn't think to much about it as there was a lady cleaning the first rondavel so i thought they were cleaning the second one aswell. Saturday night we did not even go back to the second rondavel coz the distance from the first rondavel was quite a walk away so we all just stayed in the first one.

Sunday morning we hand in the keys and i am told that i must pay another R1500 for the second rondavel.

It was never explained to me that i must pay R1500 per night for a beaten up rondavel I asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation but he did not give a rats ass and was not interested in what i had to say and just wanted their money. They said they told a boy to leave the rondavel as they need to clean it

My argument is should they not have made contact with the person whose name is on the contract and whom is paying for everything

Should they not have given me the full amount for the second rondavel as it said on tue contract that i was staying for the weekend.

I feel that i have been ****** by goudini spa and they know exactly how to get money out of you. They treat people like **** and why was i not offers a six sleeper as many units were available.

So my advice to anyone going to goudini is make sure you know what you are paying and need to pay before going coz they dont care about there customers or service
