never will visit this place

well 1st of all im not impressed with the serviced from the call centre at all ive been trying a solid 3 hours by call them to make a anniversary booking for myself nd the wife.finally i get aanswer bh a guy martin nd i tell him what ghe story is can u pls hold sir i think by this time i totally lost it.send a email no reply fb in box nothing.then called again same story another guy answers the phone i demand to talk to some manager put on hold again.then i get a call back from them responding to my inbox on fb by this this ive lost interest in the place cherry on top is yhe guy trying to convince me to take a 5 sleeper for myself nd my wife which made no sense.on the whole resort they got 3 two sleepers. sorry ill spend mh money some where jack yourselves up nd put ppl at ur front desk that can actually answer the phone i know im not the only client trying to call u resort
