Mini golf section closed without notifying the public.

We stayed at Goudini Spa in the past week and on the 8th October we wanted to play mini golf, but the mini golf facilities and the trampoline area was closed. After continuously checking to see every hour if they were opened I finally decided to go to the front desk reception area. The lady at the front desk advised that the person on duty was on lunch, UNAWARE that there was no one available the entire day.

I finally asked to speak to a manager and with much effort they finally managed to get someone there just before 15:00. No one apologized!!

When we wanted to play our second round which was @16:30 the lady who had then been appointed to work there at 15:00 said that no one could start playing a new game, because it was closing at 17:00. How does that even make sense?? My family goes there often as my brother is a member, but have never been so disgusted in my life by the service rendered this past week.
