I will never do business with this place again!!! i want my money back !

Im so disgusted in the service i received from this place and I swear I will never set foot at their properties again …. I have made a booking the end Sept for end November ,I’ve honored my payment arrangement , paid my deposit in actual fact more than I was supposed to , to be told my booking has been cancelled due to them not receiving my proof of payment of which I’ve sent on numerous occasions to 3 different people! It was not my mistake , you guys failed to check your emails regularly … ! After trying to get assistance from management , being transferred from person to person , the damn manager is just never available !!! Then your staff has the audacity to tell me that they will transfer my money back but I am being held liable for a cancellation fee ??? u must be out of your damn mind !!! I did not cancel my booking , I am demanding service from someone superior !!!! or I will take this to all media platforms and take legal action against you guys!! I will also make sure that all my family and friends cancel their memberships with Goudini … This is a ******* !!!!
