goudini spa service stinks

I am a member at goudini spa I pay every month I went to spend the weekend with my family and was very dissapointed in there service towards us when we arrived they told us there was no more remotes and the staff at reception was very cut off with us I am upset and I feel like cancelling my membership with them!!
