Goudini Spa is not safe

This place is not safe!! This place also blocked me from their Facebook page after I posted the review there. This weekend my family and I went to Goudini and what a horrible experience. We paid over R5000 for two nights but the standard of the accommodation was appalling!! We went for a swim the Friday night and when we returned my sister wanted to shower my niece. She is only 2yrs old and very small because she was born premature. There are two glass doors on the shower one was open and my niece got in. When my sister slid open the second door it fell off completely shattering glass everywhere. My niece was bleeding none stop and we had to rush my niece to Worcester medi clinic where she required several stitches on her head and many other injuries. Goudini Spa refused to pay the hospital bill which was R950. I am so disgusted by this place they treat you like you are imposing and not like a guest. No compensation for our trauma or covering of the medical bill their manager Hanlo stated that they have to pay for a door so we need to pay our own medical bill. If you have kids do not go on holiday here!! They have no compassion for people. Their shower door fell off which was their lack of maintenance!! The cleaner told us that the door in the unit next door fell on her the week before your attitude and service is disgusting
