********** refund policy

This has always been a go-to destination for myself and my family but after this pathetic, unprofessional and dishonest service I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nor go there again.

We booked and paid in full under 1 booking and then added another booking under an additional booking number, of which we paid the deposit only. On the 1st of July 2021 we called in to cancel due to the new restrictions and strand of covid . As per cancelation policy it stipulates that you will lose 25% of the DEPOSIT amount required, not full amount paid, yet they refunded us on the total amount paid for the first booking after fighting 2 whole weeks for them to pay. Everytime a new story. And then this morning I called and then Jonesia ( the cancelation lady ) couldn't even tell me why I was paid short on my refund and told me the 2nd bookings refund is going to take another week.

My problem is that if you don't know your own refund policy as it's stated in black and white on the booking invoice you shouldn't work their. Stop *****ing people's money ATKV-Goudini spa and treat people with respect and nowhere in the cancelation policy does it state they only do refunds on x day and nowhere does it state you must wait more than 2 weeks.

I'm still waiting for someone to help me fix my refund amount and refund me on the other booking.
