False Advertising & Poor Service

I'm very disappointed. I wanted to book a day visit at the online advertised price of R 90 per adult and was informed by the consultant that the price is incorrect (after holding the line for about 20 min to make the booking). The correct price is R150 per person, almost double the advertised amount!

No apology or anything just the price is incorrect and he will report it, there is a technical error and that's it!

Why are you partaking in false advertising? Mind you this is on their updated 2019 standard price list ( for non members)... Are any of the prices correct? Why have a website with prices if it can't be trusted?

I'm expected to pay almost double because of your "technical error" and worst part of it all is the stinking attitude of the consultant!

What was meant to be a nice family day ruined because of a "technical error" and not even an apology from their side.

This is very very poor customer service to say the least!
