Failed Promise

I made a booking on booking.Booking.com and was messed about and Louise at Goudini Spa assured me that she would fix the problem and instead of 10% they would give me 20% discount.I never got a confirmation email but only confirmation text of my booking. This was to be a celebration of my husband's 50th birthday what a disappointment when after having everything go around Goudini was also a disappointment, they quoted me R2400 for 2 night( even though I was not aware that Friday forms part of their weekend, then because I was not prepared to pay that much as the initial quote from booking. com was R740 per night as we already took a long drive to Rawsonville ,I decided to stay the night and was quoted R1440 for 1 night stay and because we had struggled with transport for there after 5pm and had to leave before 10am. I would like to have had an email as I gave my email address to Louise who promised to email me and never did. I feel de*****ed and disappointed that all my plans had faltered so badly
