Dont swim in their pools

Goudini is a great resort if you don't plan on swimming . I was there over the course of the Easter long weekend and on every day that I was there, not only was my swimwear but my family's as well as other guests swim wear damaged by the pool. I have raised concern with management over the course of my stay and to my surprise no fault was admitted, no form of reimbur*****t, not even an apology and I have been visiting the resort since I was a baby, my family are regular supporters of the resort and to our disappointment not only were our swimwear damaged, but our skin was affected as well . When walking past the pools you could smell the bleach in the water , on your skin as well even after numerous washes, your skin would continue to reek of jik even a family member skin was inflamed with rashes because of the acid in the water. When the issue was raised, management made it seem as if we were speaking French and claimed that there was nothing wrong with the water but upon discussions with other guests, we discovered that the pool water was actually a general issue and numerous complaints have been laid but no solution has been given to any guests not even an apology which once again was extremely disappointing . I hope that this issue could be resolved before goudini loses their regular guests such as my family because we have never experienced this as not only do we buy expensive quality swimwear but we visit holiday destinations on a regular and have never experienced something like this . Honestly questioning going back to this resort after being a regular for over 21 years. So as a warning to future guests ,if you value your swimwear ,do not get into the water at goudini spa. Another issue was our original silver jewelry turned black due to the chemicals and my sister literally had to be taken to the doctor because her skin reacted badly to the pool chemicals which has never ever happened at any other resort
